CNC Machining: Turning, milling, drilling and finishing to tight tolerances and surface specifications.
Welding & Assembly: MIG, TIG, spot and robotic welding; complex assemblies ready for installation.
Shot Blasting: Surface preparation to ISO 8501-1 Sa2½ standards for cleaning and profiling.
Powder Coating: Durable, eco-friendly finishes in any RAL or BS colour, with film thickness control from 60–120 µm.
Galvanising: Hot-dip galvanising to EN ISO 1461 for corrosion protection of steel components.
