Good customer service, delivery company they are using not great.
I called looking for information on the right lock to buy for my side gate and found the team to be very helpful and informative. They also offered a 24hr delivery service for an extra charge, which I thought was a great feature. Sadly 24/48hrs later I hadn't yet received my lock and had to chase it and it turns out they had to make the lock especially which delayed the delivery plus the delivery company said they had been to deliver and no one was home which wasn't the case. Then took time to chase them again to 'redeliver" The company was quick to reimburse me the extra delivery charge.
I would order form them again however I hope they fix their delivery issues.
