Does a Videx series name identify a complete compatible system?

The series name is a useful start, but keep the full product code too. For a 4000-series panel, the calling method, wiring system, number of properties and answering devices still matter when choosing a kit or replacement.

Can I replace just my Videx handset?

Often, yes, once you have identified the installed system and exact handset. Videx's 3000-series audiophones include different AC-buzzer and electronic call-tone versions. Send us the complete marking and any entrance-panel details, or browse Videx replacement parts.

Need to use the intercom, install it, or diagnose a fault?

Choose the document for the task as well as the model. Videx separates quick operating guides for handsets and monitors from technical installation manuals.
