The CAIS CONNECT 60 SET has made it incredibly easy for gate fabricators and installers to produce their own cantilever sliding gates by supplying them not only the cantilever hardware with parts, but also a frame to fix your desired infill to. The CONNECT 60 SET includes an upper guide roller to guide the gate along and a support bracket to attach the end stop to a brick pillar for when the gate is in the closed position. All the bolts are included for fixing the whole product together.
COMPACT PACKAGING 2.85 METERS
For a gate with a 4 meter opening width, the total gate length is 5.85 meters, but the parcel length is only 2.85 meters. All the components are supplied on a single pallet.
4 METER OPENING WIDTH – WIDE RANGE OF HIGHTS
CONNECT 60 SET is available with an opening width of 4 meters and in heights of 1100, 1300, 1500 and 1800 millimetres.
CERTIFIED FOR WIDE RANGE OF INFILLS
You can clad the gate frames in a choice of fencing mesh, WPC composite boards, aluminium gate infill boards or a material of your choice e.g. timber, ornamental steel, steel sheet, v-mesh infill, prison mesh infill, palisade slats, steel bars, any infill of your choice up to 125kg in weight.
TOWER – STEEL GATE SUPPORT POST – WIDE RANGE OF HIGHTS
The TOWER, our steel gate support post for the CONNECT 60 SET can be supplied in heights of 1100, 1300, 1500 and 1800mm.
BUILD ON SITE IN JUST 60 MINUTES NO WELDING REQUIRED.
Gate fabricators can screw the various segments and parts together themselves without having to do any welding.
All screw holes are pre-drilled with clear assembly VIDEO and DRAWINGS provided. In addition, all parts are already galvanised. The gate fabricator only needs to have the gate coated in a colour if they wish to. CONNECT 60 SET can stay galv-only too. CONNECT 60 SET is supplied complete, out of the box and ready to install. All fixings (other than concrete bolts) are included in the SET with everything ready to bolt/screw together on site.
