Complete kit for a single residential and light commercial swing gate up to a maximum of 4m each leaf without Hydraulic Locking. 100 Degree Opening. Intensive Use. For Fully Boarded Gates.
Strong & Durable Hydraulic Motor
Most powerful motor for the largest gates. More durable with fewer moving parts. Can easily be repaired by replacing the seals and the oil. Motor can be back in service for years to come.
Ultimate Choice in Aesthetical Appearance
This underground equipment is specifically designed so that the motor is concealed in a load bearing foundation box beneath the pivot point of your hinged swing gates Giving you the very best in aesthetics while further reducing hazards by removing more trapping points above ground level.
Integrated Open & Close Limits
This equipment features adjustable open and close limits. This allows you to set the gates limits of travel without the need for a physical stop in the ground. This feature has some limitiations and may not function correctly on wider gates. If your gates are over 1.8m in width it is advisable to talk to us before ordering if this feature is critical to your installation.

Bus Connection for Peripherals
Control Panel has Bus terminals for the connection of photocells and accessories with a easy 2-wire Non-polarised wiring system. Speeds up the installation by preventing errors during installation. Can be connected as desired. Serial/Parallel etc.

Suitable for Close-Boarded Wooden Gates
Recommended by the manufacturer to be used on close or fully boarded wooden gates. This equipment has been purposely designed to accommodate for the heavy wind loading experienced when gates are close boarded. An electric lock can improve the longevity of a motors lifespan. More so on an installation of this nature.
Built in obstacle detection
This equipment features built in obstacle detection. Implemented correctly this can stop and reverse upon detection of an obstacle. Obstacles are detected when the gate experiences an increase in resistance that can be caused by a person a vehicle an object or even wind obstructing the path of the gate. Although this safety feature can be very effective. It is strongly advised that all installations undergo an impact force test to ensure the safety of anyone who may come in to contact with the gate. Further safety can be added with the addition of safety edges.
