CAME Ati ATI50DGF 5m 24V Swing Gate Motor (801MP-0220)
The ATI50DGF 5m 24V motor is part of CAME’s NEW ATI range of electromechanical operators for swing gates. It is intended to automate a single gate leaf up to 5m in length, within the specified weight limits, providing up to 4000 N of thrust and an opening time of around 19 seconds for 90°.
The operator has a fully metal structure with a die-cast aluminium body and extruded aluminium protective casing, which shields the internal worm screw from impurities and weather while helping to limit vibration during movement. A protected manual release with trilobe key allows the gate to be disengaged and moved manually in the event of a power failure or maintenance. The unit is supplied with a pre-welded multi-hole tail bracket to simplify alignment on different post sizes and geometries.
As a 24V model, the ATI50DGF is rated for continuous-duty operation and incorporates an encoder for positional feedback to a compatible 24V CAME control panel. On 24V NEW ATI systems the control panel manages speed, acceleration, deceleration and current consumption, and can provide adaptive control of speed and torque (AST) and optional battery-powered emergency operation. This product is the motor/operator only and must be combined with an appropriate control board and accessories to form a complete automation system.
Mechanical limit stops on the worm screw
NEW ATI features sturdy mechanical limit switches mounted directly on the worm screw. Metal elements on the screw allow the maximum opening and closing positions to be adjusted precisely, improving reliability over time. Adjustment is simple and quick: the aluminium casing is removed and the limit switches are fixed in the desired position along the screw.
