CAME Ati ATI50AGS 5m 230V Swing Gate Motor (801MP-0180) (a5000a replacement)

The ATI50AGS 5m 230V motor is part of CAME’s NEW ATI range of electromechanical operators for swing gates. It is designed to automate a single gate leaf up to 5m in length, within the specified weight limits, delivering up to 4000 N of thrust and a 90° opening in approximately 19 seconds.

Its structure is entirely in metal, using a die-cast aluminium body and extruded aluminium protective casing. This construction helps protect the internal worm screw from dirt and weather while limiting vibration during movement. A protected manual release with trilobe key allows the gate to be disengaged and moved by hand in the event of a power cut or fault. The operator is supplied with a pre-welded multi-hole tail bracket to simplify positioning on different post sizes and geometries.

An integrated encoder provides position feedback to a compatible CAME control panel, which handles all logic, safety, and accessory management. On its own, this product is the motor/operator only and must be combined with a suitable control board and accessories to form a complete gate automation system.

Mechanical limit stops on the worm screw


NEW ATI features sturdy mechanical limit switches mounted directly on the worm screw. Metal elements on the screw allow the maximum opening and closing positions to be adjusted precisely, improving reliability over time. Adjustment is simple and quick: the aluminium casing is removed and the limit switches are fixed in the desired position along the screw.
