The EVOLOOP provides an alternative to traditional induction loops and photocells, offering a smarter and more efficient approach to barrier detection. With a 140° field of view, it allows configuration of up to three independent virtual loops to match the specific requirements of your installation.

The EVOLOOP is capable of triggering both barrier opening and closing functions, while also enabling activation of ticketing and license plate recognition systems. In addition, it offers protection for vehicles and pedestrians (EN 12453 type D), helping to minimise the risk of contact with the barrier boom in a wide range of environments and operating conditions.

Plug & Go

Eliminate the need for disruptive road works involving heavy and noisy equipment. EVOLOOP offers a cleaner, installer-friendly solution designed to save time on site. Simply mount the sensor, connect it, and perform a teach-in. Installation is then complete and ready for operation.

Connect & Set

Using the mobile app, initiate a straightforward teach-in process and quickly configure two pre-set loops. Where required, up to three virtual loops can be adjusted independently to suit the specific demands of the application. Select the loop type, define the target type, and apply directional detection to help filter cross-traffic.

Versatile Solution

The EVOLOOP is designed to suit a wide range of applications. Whether implementing a paid parking system or requiring protection against contact with the barrier boom, it provides a flexible solution. The sensor can be installed on barriers of various types and lengths, including models equipped with a skirt or hinged support.

The EVOLOOP is suitable for installation throughout the year in all weather conditions. Its virtual loops are designed to remain dependable and resistant across a variety of environments, including demanding conditions such as fog, heavy rain, frost, and snow.

Technology

MoWa inside, built on FMCW technology, determines both the distance and speed of objects within its detection area. By emitting a modulated wave and analysing the frequency variation of the reflected signal, it is able to detect and classify pedestrians and all types of vehicles, whether they are in motion or stationary.
