Very late delivery and poor communication

Numerous delivery failures and broken promises cost me a lot of money as I had to rebook the gate fitters twice. The customer service was very poor

No Stars. Shocking service - do not use!

Delivery delays. broken promises. shocking customer service and when the goods arrived. they were incomplete.  Cost me an extra £250 as I had to postpone my gate fitters 3 times.  They then had the brass neck to offer a 5% voucher off my next purchase in compensation for their mistakes!  Do think I will be needing it......

Lost my money

The items i have bought did not work. I brought two engineering companies to install the purchased items but unfortunately the items did function.
