Poor customer service

Charged me £9 restocking fee. for returning an item still unopened in original packaging. To be replaced by an alternative remote. 2xDirZ aluminium protectors for came DIR10 photocells don't allow photocells to work. Not returning them as will probably get charged restocking fee. probably have to sell them via ebay
