Next day delivery. great. Advice incomplete

I phoned Metalines to find out about a replacement for my defunct FAAC 746 and then I ordered a FAAC 746 ER Z16 online.I was pleasantly amazed when it arrived next day.There was one main difficulty. the pinion was the wrong size. my previous unit had a 20 tooth pinion which has a larger diameter.It turns out that I should have ordered the Z20 version. I was unaware that my defunct model could have had a 20 tooth pinion and during my conversation with Metalines they advised that I get the Z16.We swapped the pinion so it wasn't too big a deal.
