Product Description
This CAME NEW ATI 5m 230V single swing gate kit is designed for automating one gate leaf up to 5m, using an ATI50AGF electromechanical operator. It brings together the mechanical operator, safety photocells and radio remotes needed to create a practical automation package for residential or similar entrances when combined with suitable CAME control electronics.
The ATI50AGF operator is a 230V linear actuator with a fully metal structure, die-cast aluminium half-cases and an extruded aluminium protective casing that shields the worm screw from impurities while helping to reduce vibration. The motor provides up to 4000 N of thrust with a 90° opening time of around 19 seconds, within the specified gate length and weight limits. A protected manual release with trilobe key allows the gate to be operated by hand when needed.
Mechanical limit stops on the worm screw
NEW ATI features sturdy mechanical limit switches mounted directly on the worm screw. Metal elements on the screw allow the maximum opening and closing positions to be adjusted precisely, improving reliability over time. Adjustment is simple and quick: the aluminium casing is removed and the limit switches are fixed in the desired position along the screw.
Photocell options
Kits with DIR photocells use traditional surface-mount safety beams with a 10 m range and 12–24 V AC–DC supply, suitable where standard wiring is available. Kits with DXR wired photocells upgrade to swivel photocells with an adjustable infrared beam (up to 20 m range) and synchronisation of multiple pairs, making alignment easier on awkward posts. Kits with DXR BUS photocells provide the same adjustable DXR hardware but connect via the CAME CXN BUS two-wire system, simplifying cabling and integration with compatible control panels.
Remote control options
Kits with TOP remotes include compact CAME transmitters with rolling-code radio technology and self-learning from existing TOP, TAM or TWIN handsets, providing straightforward, secure keyfob control. Kits with TTS remotes use a more refined transmitter with a metal-detail front and removable battery compartment, combining rolling-code security with a more premium look and feel.
