Come BK 2200 Gate motor

Hiyou could have send motor with 2 remotes and charge me extra and I just need it to replace the new motor with old one and start working. now new motor needs new set up and any of gate specialist coming here to set it up start working for few days and stop again every visit I pay £146+ vat and still gate not working. please on future set the engine with 2 remotes and sell it to people and we don't end up to get robbed with this gate specialist.I'm not against you but if you supply this way every one will be safe.Thanks
