Guide rollers

Placed an order on-line. paid straight away by Paypal. Waited THREE WEEKS nothing arrived. contacted them by phone to complain. They could see the order on the "system" but couldn't work out why the items weren't dispatched by the warehouse. Decided to send some more by DPD. so waited 2 days for delivery which finally arrived BY POST. I'd been charged £ 14.95 P+P but the package only cost £ 8.60 !Impressed. use them again .....?...... I don't think so !
