CAME ATI 3m 24V Single Electric Swing Gate Automation Kit (8K01MP-0500)

This CAME NEW ATI 3m 24V single swing gate kit is designed for automating one gate leaf up to 3m in length, within the specified weight limits, using an ATI30DGF electromechanical operator. The 24V motor delivers up to 4000 N of thrust with an opening time of around 13 seconds for 90°, and is rated for continuous-duty service when managed by a suitable 24V control panel.

The ATI30DGF operator features a die-cast aluminium body and extruded aluminium protective casing that shields the worm screw from impurities and weather, helping to maintain smooth motion and reduce vibration. A manual release with trilobe key is housed in a protected compartment, allowing the gate to be moved by hand in case of power failure or maintenance. A pre-welded multi-hole tail bracket is supplied to assist with installation on different post geometries.

As a NEW ATI 24V system, the kit can benefit from adaptive control of speed and torque (AST) and optional battery-powered emergency operation when used with a compatible CAME 24V control panel. AST allows the electronics to manage speed, acceleration, deceleration and current draw while continuously adapting torque to friction and obstacles.

Mechanical limit stops on the worm screw
NEW ATI features sturdy mechanical limit switches mounted directly on the worm screw. Metal elements on the screw allow the maximum opening and closing positions to be adjusted precisely, improving reliability over time. Adjustment is simple and quick: the aluminium casing is removed and the limit switches are fixed in the desired position along the screw.

Photocell options
Kits with DIR photocells use traditional surface-mount safety beams with a 10 m range and 12–24 V AC–DC supply, suitable where standard wiring is available. Kits with DXR wired photocells upgrade to swivel photocells with an adjustable infrared beam (up to 20 m range) and synchronisation of multiple pairs, making alignment easier on awkward posts. Kits with DXR BUS photocells provide the same adjustable DXR hardware but connect via the CAME CXN BUS two-wire system, simplifying cabling and integration with compatible control panels.

Remote control options
Kits with TOP remotes include compact CAME transmitters with rolling-code radio technology and self-learning from existing TOP, TAM or TWIN handsets, providing straightforward, secure keyfob control. Kits with TTS remotes use a more refined transmitter with a metal-detail front and removable battery compartment, combining rolling-code security with a more premium look and feel.
