Keep the model and part numbers even if the original complete kit is no longer on sale. We can help look for the identified part or an appropriate current option. A newer-looking item should not be treated as a direct replacement without checking the manufacturer's information for your exact barrier.

Email sales@metalines.com with the barrier make, full model, any part number and photographs taken from a safe position. Tell us what has happened as well as what you think has failed.
