ATI 3000, ATI 5000 or the newer ATI range?
If you know the equipment as ATI 3000 or ATI 5000, copy the full code from its label. References such as A3000A and A5000A are more useful for a replacement enquiry than the family name alone. Keep any suffix: a shortened number can hide an important difference.

Is a newer ATI motor a direct replacement?
That needs checking for the specific installation. Confirm the existing controller, motor voltage, feedback arrangements, mounting dimensions and brackets before ordering. A product described as a replacement may still require an installation change; do not assume that its original controls or spare parts transfer with it.
If you are starting a new project, compare the exact kit contents and use our gate automation survey for equipment specification. We supply and specify equipment from the information provided; we do not carry out site work. Gate length, weight and mounting geometry must be assessed together, not as separate maximum claims.
Buying an ATI kit or a repair component
For a kit, check the number of gate leaves, motor codes, control panel and included accessories on the individual listing. For a repair, identify the existing motor and the relevant diagram reference: a dust cover, release assembly, bracket and internal transmission part are not interchangeable purchases.
If you only have a photograph, show the safely accessible label and the component you need. Do not open powered equipment to obtain it. We can help investigate an uncertain reference before you order rather than choose a similar-looking part.
Which ATI manual should I use?
Match the full reference to the document. CAME provides separate earlier ATI range information and new ATI range information; use CAME technical documents for the corresponding instructions. Identify the control panel too, because its settings and connections are covered by its own documentation.
