Replacing a fitting?
Keep the existing reference and record the fixing centres, section dimensions, handing and mating parts where relevant. A product that looks similar can still require a different keep, axle or mounting plate. Known-reference buyers can go directly to the item.
Folding-gate hardware or folding-door automation?
A folding driveway gate uses gate leaves, hinges, posts and linkage geometry; it is not a FAAC 560 folding-door operator. For a gate, send a drawing with leaf lengths, hinge positions and clearances so the hardware task can be checked. If the equipment label says FAAC 560 or the job is a folding door, use the folding-door equipment route instead.
Anti-climb and anti-theft fittings
Spiked or security fittings are different from the toothed rack that drives an automated sliding gate. Confirm the exact product's purpose, fixing and intended position. Adding a fitting does not certify the security or safety of the complete gate.
Ground fixings and support components
Match anchors and supporting fittings to the structure, substrate and design. A bolt's diameter alone does not establish an adequate foundation or gate mounting. Check whether fixings are supplied with the main component before ordering extras.
