What if your barrier is an older model?
Keep the model and part numbers even if the original complete kit is no longer on sale. We can help look for the identified part or an appropriate current option. A newer-looking item should not be treated as a direct replacement without checking the manufacturer's information for your exact barrier.

Email sales@metalines.com with the barrier make, full model, any part number and photographs taken from a safe position. Tell us what has happened as well as what you think has failed. Please do not remove covers or disturb a spring just to get a photograph. If you need a complete new entrance package rather than a spare, explore barrier kits.
