Does the panel or handset name identify the system?

Keep two details separate: the equipment family you can see and the system connecting it. CAME's intercom range includes panels and answering devices for System 200, X1, XIP, IP360 and 4G LTE. If the label says MTM or XTS, use its full code to identify the version that suits the system.

Is answering on a smartphone the same as a GSM intercom?

Not necessarily. An app can receive calls from an intercom that uses wired connections or the property's internet network. A 4G intercom uses a mobile connection at the entrance and needs suitable coverage and service. Choose the connection at the gate as well as the way you want to answer.

Can I keep an older BPT system and change the handset?

Often the first step is to identify the installed system. Send us the full handset or monitor reference, entrance-panel reference and any known system name. Older Agata, Targha, Thangram, Nova or System 200 markings are useful clues. We can check a suitable replacement or a part from the wider range if yours is not listed online.

Do I need a complete kit or a panel module?

A panel component may be for repair, an extension or a new configured system. For a new project, tell us the number of entrances, properties and answering devices, whether video is needed, and whether residents need keypad or credential access. Check the package's named components, power equipment and mounting arrangement before comparing prices. An intercom or keypad is not the gate motor, and its release connection must suit the controlled equipment.

Where should I look for a BPT manual?

Use the exact product code and system version to choose documentation. CAME's intercom product pages provide the starting point for identifying the range. If you cannot identify the unit or the correct document, send us the accessible markings and describe whether you need everyday operating instructions, a replacement part or installation information. Do not follow a wiring diagram merely because the front of the equipment looks similar.
