Came S9000

I bought the Came S9000 key pad to replace an existing one.I wasted 2 hours on a sunday following the instructions and trying to pair it with the gate. I then contacterd Metaline the following day who told me the Instructions had been translated wrong by the Italians and they had produced there own instructions. Once the right instructions were recieved it only took minutes to program and all works fine. I cant believe that Metaline didnt have the foresight to email me the correct instructions on receipt of purchase. It may have saved a Sunday Domestic with the other half.

Faulty Motherboard

I needed to replace 2 Faulty motherboards on my electric gates I phoned Came and they told me to email them and then I decided to phone Metalines who I found through a google search . I cannot praise there technical support and other staff enough . they helped me fault find and diagnose my problem . I ordered boards from them which turned up a few days later . I cannot recommend Metalines enough 10/10 for customer service :+1::skin-tone-5:
