Product Description

This CAME NEW ATI 5m 24V double swing gate kit is designed for automating two gate leaves up to 5m each, within the specified weight limits, using twin ATI50DGF electromechanical operators. The 24V motors provide up to 4000 N of thrust with an opening time of around 19 seconds for 90°, and are rated for continuous-duty operation when used with a suitable 24V control panel.

Each ATI50DGF operator has a metal structure with a die-cast aluminium body and an extruded aluminium casing that protects the internal worm screw and helps limit vibration during movement. A protected manual release with trilobe key allows each leaf to be disengaged and moved by hand in the event of a power cut or during maintenance. A pre-welded multi-hole tail bracket is supplied with the operators to simplify positioning on different post sizes and geometries.

As part of the NEW ATI 24V range, the system can take advantage of adaptive control of speed and torque (AST) and optional battery-powered emergency operation when combined with a compatible CAME 24V control panel. AST enables the control electronics to manage speed, acceleration, deceleration and current draw while continuously adapting torque in response to friction and obstacles.

Mechanical limit stops on the worm screw
NEW ATI features sturdy mechanical limit switches mounted directly on the worm screw. Metal elements on the screw allow the maximum opening and closing positions to be adjusted precisely, improving reliability over time. Adjustment is simple and quick: the aluminium casing is removed and the limit switches are fixed in the desired position along the screw.

Photocell options
Kits with DIR photocells use traditional surface-mount safety beams with a 10 m range and 12–24 V AC–DC supply, suitable where standard wiring is available. Kits with DXR wired photocells upgrade to swivel photocells with an adjustable infrared beam (up to 20 m range) and synchronisation of multiple pairs, making alignment easier on awkward posts. Kits with DXR BUS photocells provide the same adjustable DXR hardware but connect via the CAME CXN BUS two-wire system, simplifying cabling and integration with compatible control panels.

Remote control options
Kits with TOP remotes include compact CAME transmitters with rolling-code radio technology and self-learning from existing TOP, TAM or TWIN handsets, providing straightforward, secure keyfob control. Kits with TTS remotes use a more refined transmitter with a metal-detail front and removable battery compartment, combining rolling-code security with a more premium look and feel.
